1. Site Manager – 1 No.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
Completed Graduation
Must be able to communicate and report in English
Must have Computer knowledge of MS Windows. Knowledge of SAP/CMMS (preferable)
Must have adequate Supervisory and Technical knowledge and understand maintenance
planning & scheduling to effectively organize the manpower, tools & equipment and
materials to perform the required maintenance works.
Must possess a valid Qatar Driver License.

Experience
10 years of experience in Multi- disciplinary environment involving Operation & maintenance of
Utility facilities, Residential Camps, Waste Water treatment plants etc.

Job Description:
The Site Manager is responsible for staff administration & supervision of all the O & M staff
provided as per the contract (for all areas Facilities, Utilities, Ras Laffan Port, Accommodation
Camps, WWT plants, etc…) and overall co-ordination with QP supervisors, ensuring that all
CLIENT assets are maintained and are operated to provide uninterrupted service. The Site
Manager is also responsible for necessary leave planning of the staff with approvals of QP
supervisors; ensure staff availability, proper communications with QP personnel and act as the
focal point at site between the contractor & QP.
2. Safety Officer – 1 No.
Qualifications and Experience:
Completed Secondary School Education (12 years).
Attended two years training in technical discipline.
Attended safety management course.
Must possess a valid Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) driving license and a First Aid
Certificate. A minimum of Eight (8) years related experience preferably in an Oil and Gas or
Petrochemical environment.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:


Achieving overall safety in all operations by the Contractor personnel.
Hold periodical tool box talks.
Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
Ensure site safety by frequent visits at site.
Enforcement of PPEs, and adopting safe practices.
Accidents / Incidents. Near miss accidents reporting.
Records keeping pertaining to safety, permits and training of personnel.
Compile and maintain all documents related to Security audits and inspections.
Preparation of training need and maintaining of training file.
Co-ordination with Client’s training focal point.
Preparation of in-house training plan and compliance.
Monitoring of calibration of IMTE including master list preparation co-ordination, issue and
timely calibration.
3. Electrical Supervisor – 1 No.
Qualifications Knowledge and Skills:
Completed Secondary School level education
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (3 year)
Must be able to communicate and report in English
Must have Computer knowledge of MS Windows. Knowledge of SAP/CMMS (preferable)

Able to monitor and control the quantity and quality of the maintenance work
Able to coordinate and handle non routine and emergency maintenance / repair works

4. Mechanical Supervisor – 1 No.

materials to perform the required maintenance works.

Experience:
Eight (8) years experience as Supervisor in O &M of Waste Water Treatment Plant.
Experience to manage manpower and works.
Job Description:
Supervise the operation of WWT plants, optimize chemical consumption, resources.
Organize shut-down / startup, emergencies troubleshooting as per requirement. Preparing
computer reports, analyzing data and take corrective action as required. Liaising with QP
staff and provide necessary information to QP on regular basis.
Organize, lead and motivate the manpower under him.
Maintain safety standards, and perform as per RLC’s Permit to Work system
7. Supervisor (Infrastructure) – 1 No.
Qualifications Knowledge and Skills:
Completed Secondary School level education
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (3 year)

8. Planning Technician – 2 Nos.
Plan and monitor Preventive and corrective Maintenance works in SAP.
Preparation of daily work schedules.
Generation of daily, monthly and annual reports for all maintenance activities in SAP.
Monitor KPI’s and other reports as required by QP.
Preparation of annual departmental quality objective.
Monitoring and compliance with quality objective.
Preparation of QMS and EMS file for the Audit.
Achieving overall Quality as per the Quality plan and objectives.
Internal audit.

9. Mechanical Technician – 14 Nos.
Perform all SAP-PPM scheduled maintenance related to relevant system.
Perform Emergency and Corrective maintenance to restore the system at the earliest.
Keeping stock of material and inform the Foreman/ Engineer for materials requirements.
Returning the used/ scrap materials to proper place as per engineer guidelines.
Ensure good housekeeping at site.
Submit the daily work progress to Foreman and Engineer.
10. Electrical Technician – 15 Nos.
Carryout preventive/periodic and breakdown repairs on the Diesel Generator (DG)
sets/sewage treatment plant (electrical) and all the associated equipment.
Monitor the operation of the diesel engines/generators/sewage treatment plant and the
associated equipment.
Check and recommend spares/consumables required for operation.
Inform/ recommend any jobs that may be required to be carried out for safe and optimum
operation of the DG sets/sewage treatment plant and the associated equipment.
Carryout switching operations
Any operations/maintenance works in the Camp power distribution system, etc.
11. Store Keeper – 1 No.
To control the receipt, storage and issue of all items from the storage areas.
Prepare the database and update the inventory list through a computerized Inventory
Management System/SAP.
Collects materials from RLC Stores located in Ras Laffan. Supervises manual or fork-lift
unloading, supervises the opening of boxes, crates, packages etc., ensuring safe handling
of all mechanical equipment and associated instrumentation included in the overhaul and
shutdown.
Decides in conjunction with RLC Engineer, technical specification for modification and
purchase of equipment’s.
Maintain records and files of work performed and prepares progress reports, material
requisitions and status of work orders completed and prepares complete paperwork such as
time sheets and material requisitions.
Submits daily, weekly and material reports.
12. Potable Fire Water Operator – 2 Nos.
Round the clock operation (24 X 7) of the RLC potable water filling station. Fill the potable
water trucks of customers as prepare delivery tickets. Compile the daily deliveries made.
Record all the relevant data as advised by RLC.
Round the clock operation and monitoring of RLC potable water pumping station. Record all
the operating parameters in a logbook and report any abnormality in time.
Round the clock monitoring of the PW distribution / leaks at RLC. Routine inspection of
valve chambers and pits and customer tie-in points.
Timely Isolation of potable water networks incase of leaks. Routine inspection of potable
water meters as required by RLC
Routine inspection of all the potable water pumps and report for timely maintenance.
13. Gardener – 8 Nos.
To clean daily dry leaves and dead wood shall be collected from different locations and
transported to the Waste Disposal area allocated.
To trim trees and shrubs all around the camp.
To cut the grass.
To clean the drain pits all around the camp.
To maintain and operate Irrigation system in RLC Camp-1 & 2 in proper way.
14. Swimming Pool Technician – 1 No.
To maintain the existing swimming pool and carry out necessary cleaning etc. to the
satisfaction of QP RLC.
Walls, floors of swimming pool shall be checked periodically for cracks, damages, etc.
Knowledge about chemicals which must to be applied in water as per International Health
Standard.

15. Fire Alarm Operator – 2 Nos.
Record all alarms which are display on fire alarm panel
Maintain shift log book
Contact RLC emergency response centre in case of any incident and maintain the live panel
continuously.
Operator shall switch on and operate the Fire Water System when fire incident occurs.
16. Fire Alarm Technician – 1 No.
Carry out preventive/periodic and breakdown repairs of fire alarm system.
Monitor the daily and monthly inspection of fire alarm system.
Any operation/maintenance works in fire alarm system.
17. Kitchen Equipment / Appliance Technician – 1 No.
All kitchen and Laundry equipments shall be maintained in working condition.
Carry out preventive/Periodic and break down repairs.
Monitor and log the inspection of kitchen and laundry equipment.
Raise request for spare parts for the equipments.
18. Painter – 5 Nos.
Able to do all types of architectural painting work.
Minimum experience of 5 years in painting of architectural work.
Understand all architectural painting system and able to order and choose all types of paint.
19. Carpenter – 4 Nos.
To be able to do all repairs for accommodations (door broken, chairs, tables, beds, ceiling
roofs, walls ply woods, floor, windows, locks, shelves, wardrobes etc).
To be able to repair all types of hard furniture.
20. Plumber – 4 Nos.
Carryout preventive/periodic and breakdown repairs on the power plant/piping and all the
associated equipment.
Monitor the Operation of the sewage treatment plant and the associated equipment.
Check and recommend spares/consumables required for operation.
Inform/recommend any jobs that may be required to be carried out for safe and optimum
operation of the DG sets.
Carryout preventive/periodic and breakdown repairs on the water storage/distribution
system in the Camp incl. the Port cabins etc.
Plumber shall have a minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing of copper, stainless
steel carbon steel, HDPE and UPVC pipes.
Plumber shall have worked on pressurized and gravity flow piping system should be able to
read drawings, manuals and identify the faults, and carry out the repairs.
Plumber shall also be responsible to repair insulation works in pipes such as removal and
re-application of insulation.
Plumber shall have valid Qatari driving license
21. A/C Mechanic – 4 Nos.
Operate and maintain split units, package units, freezers, chiller units and air handling units.
Carryout preventive/periodic maintenance and breakdown repairs of AC units.
Holder of valid Qatari driving license.
22. Auto Technician – 1 No.
To carry out trouble shooting & repairs of electrical circuits of RLC vehicles like Ambulances,
Pick-ups, Excavators, Fire trucks etc.
Installation and wiring of flash lights on vehicles.
23. Warehouseman – 1 No.
Assisting in receipt, storage and issuance of all materials from warehouse
Facilitate the safe handling and unloading of material and particularly delicate items
Ensures the store is kept in clean and tidy state and free from scrap material at all times.
Assisting the storekeeper for arranging the materials in designated storage area and tagging
of material as per records
Ensures that all the shelves are kept in good condition and not overloaded.
Perform proper housekeeping of the storage area and arrangement so that all materials are

visible and easily accessible
Assist the storekeeper in day to day operation and handling of the stores
24. Diesel Generator Operator / Technician – 2 Nos.
Operate and Maintain DG sets up to a rating of 1250 KVA/ 415 V. The responsibilities are:
Perform SAP-PPM scheduled maintenance for DG sets as agreed with Engineer.
Perform all Emergency and Corrective maintenance for DG sets.
Perform all routine inspections of DG sets.
To carryout regular check ups as given in SAP-PPM.
Submit the daily work progress to respective disciplined Foreman and Engineer.
25. HVAC Technician – 6 Nos.
Perform SAP-PPM scheduled maintenance as agreed with Engineer.
Perform Emergency and Corrective maintenance.
Perform routine inspections of critical HVAC units.
Operate and maintain all HVAC units and carryout regular check ups as given in SAP/PPM.
Submit the daily work progress to Foreman and Engineer.
26. Instrument Technician – 6 Nos.
To carry out routine preventive maintenance for the instrument equipment such as PLC
system, pressure gauges, transmitters, analyzers etc as recommended in the vendor’s
manuals.
To carry out corrective maintenance in case of equipment breakdown for the instrument
equipment
Properly record all the maintenance works carried out as per the approved format by RLC
Carry out maintenance and repairs of Fire Alarm System, Traffic Lighting System, Access
Barriers, Security Access System, Weighbridges, Sewage Pumping Stations and Storm
Water Pumping Stations.
Carry out Control Logic and Potable Water Network/SCADA troubleshooting.
Carry out PLC Programming/Modifications.
Ensure good housekeeping around all Instrumentation units.
Ensure that Instrumentation Helpers are aware of Industrial Safety Rules and Regulations.
Perform SAP PM Modules.
27. Laboratory Technician – 2 Nos.
Test/monitor/record the in-process and final output water qualities of/ from the potable water
system and sewage treatment plants, swimming pool, mess halls etc.
Analysis of parameters required for smooth operation of WWT plant. .
Make necessary analysis reports required by SCENR, suggest for process correction based
on analysis.
28. Lathe Machine Operator – 2 Nos.
Carry out machining works as directed by the workshop technician.
Quality control of machining job in terms of dimension.
House keeping and corrective and preventive maintenance of machineries.
29. WWT Plant Operator – 14 Nos.
Operation of WWT plant, startup, shutdown, troubleshooting, day to day parameter /
process checking, chemical dosing. Optimizing process and chemical consumption.
Data recording and making production reports.
30. Rotating Equipment Technician – 2 Nos.
To Maintain all Rotating equipments such as Pumps: Centrifugal, Reciprocating, Screw,
Gear type, Aeration Blowers: Twin lobe type, Fan type, Compressors, Gear Boxes,
Clarifiers, Agitators, Decanters/ Centrifuges, etc.
The responsibilities are:
Perform all scheduled maintenance for equipments as agreed with Engineer.
Perform all Emergency and Corrective maintenance.
Perform all routine inspections of equipments.
To carryout regular check ups as given in SAP-PPM.
Submit the daily work progress to Foreman and Engineer.

31. Utility Operator – 2 Nos.
Round the clock operation (24 X 7) of the RLC potable water filling station. Fill the potable
water trucks of customers as prepare delivery tickets. Compile the daily deliveries made.
Record all the relevant data as advised by RLC.
Round the clock operation and monitoring of RLC potable water pumping station.

32. Workshop Technician – 1 No.
Multi-skilled and be able to do all type of workshop activities (mechanical, pipe fitting,
fabrication, modification of equipment, etc.)
33. Welder – 2 Nos.
Welder shall be qualified in 6G position for TIG and arc welding with experience of not less
than 5 years and should carry out all new and repair works connected with provision of
maintenance of said services.
Welder shall be qualified of welding structural members and piping works in CS and SS.
Welder shall have experience in brazing.
34. Mason – 1 No.
To carry out corrective maintenance and general works of masonry, Wall, floor tiling jobs
and Concrete works. Mainly worked as finishing Mason with 5 – 10 work experience in any
of the Gulf Countries.
He should complete basic secondary education and industrial training course.
35. Construction Labour – 9 Nos.
To assist Mechanical, HVAC, Civil and Workshop Technicians.
Shifting the material for job as required/informed by Foreman/ Technician.
Returning the used/ scrap materials to proper place as per supervisor guidelines.
Ensure good housekeeping at site/workshop.
36. Electrical Helper – 9 Nos.
To assist Technicians on high mast lighting and street lighting maintenance works.
To assist Technicians on corrective and preventive maintenance works.
To do miscellaneous works – materials shifting / handling, good housekeeping, etc.
37. Mechanical Helper – 7 Nos.
To assist HVAC and Mechanical Technicians.
Shifting the material for job as required/informed by Foreman/ Technician.
Returning the used/ scrap materials to proper place as per supervisor guidelines.
Ensure good housekeeping at site/workshop.
38. Instrumentation Helper – 3 Nos.
To assist Foreman/Technicians in various maintenance activities and for cable laying,
etc.
To do miscellaneous works – materials shifting / handling, good housekeeping, etc.
39. Civil Helper – 5 Nos.
To assist Carpenters, Masons, Plumbers and Painters do all types of excavations, breaking
of Concrete etc including using jack hammers.
Mainly worked as Construction labour in Construction organizations with 3 – 5 work
experience in any of the Gulf Countries. He should complete basic primary education
40. Helper (WWT Plant) – 14 Nos.
Assisting Waste Water Treatment Plant Operators.
41. General Helpers – 12 Nos.
Irrespective of the SERVICES under which they are deployed, Helpers shall carryout minor
excavation manually, return filling, disposing the surplus earth etc. as and when required in
connection with repair works of pipes, cable and other under ground work.

The output of these labour shall be comparable to the best in the industry and should not be
less than two cubic meter of excavation per 12 hours of work per day per person.
42. Gardener Helper – 8 Nos.
Irrespective of the SERVICES under which they are deployed, Helpers shall carryout minor
excavation manually, return filling, disposing the surplus earth etc. as and when required in
connection with repair works of pipes, cable and other under ground work.
The output of these labour shall be comparable to the best in the industry and should not be
less than two cubic meter of excavation per 12 hours of work per day per person.
43. Light Duty Drivers – 14 Nos.
Valid Qatari Driving License.
Minimum 3 Years Driving Experience.
44. Heavy Duty Drivers – 1 Nos.
To operate lifting equipment of self loader of 5 Ton.
