consulting services based on more than forty years experience in detailed
engineering design and field supervision of electrical power systems, motor
controls and lighting and systems applications for industrial and commercial

This includes electrical systems such as electrical heating, utility monitoring,
building computer monitoring systems, telephone (PBX, CU Centrex), control
panels, proprietary systems, security systems, CCTV, telephone, radio, public
address, lighting short circuit studies and sequence of operation details, as well
as preparation of standard operating procedures (SOP) and Standard
Specifications.

As an Electrical Engineering Technologist, Mr. Bradbury was responsible for


electrical design of industrial projects including preparation of load lists, cable
sizing and routing for substations, co-generation, high and low voltage
distribution systems and distribution systems control and monitoring systems.
Industrial projects have included DC controls and integrated manufacturing
systems, electrical systems 33kV, 6.6kV, 600V, 415V, 230V motor data
monitoring and communications systems as well as preparation of specifications,
data sheets and system layouts.

Key Project Management Experience:

• As Project Engineer for Dodsal/Takreer, Abu Dhabi, UAE, Ruwais


Sulphur Expansion Project completed and designed fire protection
system for sulphur handling facility including code compliance for NFPA,
British, IEC and other fire safety standards. Provided engineering design
for detection and fire suppression for sulphur storage facility utilizing fog
spray monitors, VESDA, SO2, H2S and UR/IR and heat wire detection
camera controlled (non entry) fire fighting.
• As Project Engineer for Solvay Polymers, Marietta, Ohio, Radel
Expansion Project completed design build package for complete fire
suppression package for chemical plan expansion including fire water

design for four multi-stage process structures, expansion of existing zone
coded fire alarm system and conversion to new multiplexed multiple panel
two-stage prediction/zone coded alarm system with dual redundant fiber
link. Provided scope for design build specifications, drawings and original
design on fire alarm system(s), sizing, and revision to FEED documents,
data sheets, plans and system diagrams, modifications and additions for
successful installation and system operation.
• As Senior Electrical for TAKREER, Abu Dhabi, UAE, Green Diesel
Project was responsible for design specification and preparation from
drawings to specifications, updating to current IEC, ISO and other
standards. Also responsible for updating electrical standard drawings
and changes, plans and systems arrangements for uninterruptible power
supply (UPS) , motors, switchgears, grounding, as well as for telephone
CCTV, fire alarm and gas detection. Completed fire protection
specifications and layouts for new control building.
• As Senior Electrical for Qatar Fuel Additives Col, Mesaieeo, Qatar,
Methanol/Ammonia Complex was responsible for design, specification
preparation to IEC, BS and Client Standards – electrical, detailed
specifications, plans and system arrangement for intercom, telephone,
radio, UPS, CCTV and card key access systems.
• As Lead Electrical at Occidental, Oman, LSTK Refinery Project was
responsible for design specification to IEC and company standards of
electrical systems, specifications, layouts and MTO estimates for power
control, card key, UPS, CCTV, DC power, telephone and intercom (PA)
systems.
• As Project Manager at Talisman Energy, Ontario, Canada worked
numerous projects for eight remote unmanned pipeline pumping facilities
throughout the province in electrical power, PLC and lightning protection.
Designed pump jack standards for electrical services and data
transmission for off-gas co-generation facilities.
• As Project Manager/Lead Electrical for Talisman Energy, Ontario,
Offshore Pipeline Pumping Facility (Lake Erie) was responsible for
design, specification and oversight of installation of an unmanned
operation with cell phone and wireless data communications and controls
with engine, driver power supply with back-up generators and PV cell
system and navigation warning system.
• As Project Manager/Lead Electrical at Occidental Chemical, Niagara
Falls, NY, Petrochemical Plan H2SO4 Expansion Project was responsible
for electrical services, control, lighting and PLC process control.
• As Project Manager/Lead Electrical at Durez, Tonawanda, NY, Surface
Water Cleanup 2 @ 400 Kgal Tanks Plus NAPL/APL Pumping and
Carbon Bed Facilities for 20 yr. Clean-up was responsible for project
electrical design and oversight of entire project construction.
• As Lead Electrical at Noury Chemical, Niagara, NY, Explosives Plant
Electrical Systems Upgrade was responsible for complete electrical
design.
