ALL DANCE CLASSES START THE WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 14thTH!

MONTHLY TUITION PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY THE 10TH OF EACH MONTH.

You must notify/eMail Kim Grill if you quit or drop dance classes. You will be responsible for full payment of
costume (if ordered) along with your childs last months tuition payment for West View Dance if Kim Grill is
not notified. If your dancer starts after September 2015, you will be responsible for the entire years
tuition.
NOVEMBER COSTUME DEPOSIT Instructors will measure your child and parents will confirm by signing the
costume measurement book. A 50% DEPOSIT or $30.00 must be paid by mid-November (TBA). You may send in
your costume deposit at any time before November. Once the orders are placed there will be NO RETURNS OR
EXCHANGES. ** Parents are responsible for any alterations. **

Optional Hoagie fundraiser will be offered to help with the cost of costumes only. Also an optional
Tastefully Simple fundraiser will be offered to help with the cost of costumes only. More info to
follow!!!
DANCE CLASS CANCELLATIONS: If the North Hills School District is cancelled, dance classes will be also.
If it is dangerous winter weather outside, please check our website /facebook for dance class cancellation. It will
be posted after 2:30pm on

Little Princess, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten,

Kindergarten, Wednesday and Thursday dancers
- Leotards, tights, and dance shoes
Baton classes and Tuesday dancers - Form-fitting

clothing .ex. Leotards & tights, tight tank tops,

Soffe shorts & tights (optional), and dance shoes.
Students are NOT PERMITTED to wear jeans,
sweatshirts, sweatpants, baggy clothes, flip flops,
tennis shoes, boots, etc.

Dance Shoe Requirements:

Little Princess & Preschool -Small sticker book - White Ballet Shoes
Pre-Kindergarten & Kindergarten-Small sticker book, White Ballet & Black Tap Shoes
Boys: (all ages) black ballet shoes and or black tap shoes
Tap - (All Tap Classes 6 yr old & up) Tan Maryjane style w/buckle Tap Shoes
Ballet White Ballet Shoes (except Monday)
Lyrical/Tuesday Ballet half soles for recital
Baton & Hip Hop- tan jazz shoes, white ballet shoes or tennis shoes for class (Recital- black tennis shoes)
Jazz Tan Jazz Oxfords or Tan Slip On Jazz Shoes (with or without shoe strings)
Tumbling- no shoes
