DAY 1 | The ms Saint Laurent


Youll be met at the airport and escorted
to the Port of Miami where our ship will
be ready for embarkation at 3:30 pm. Enjoy

DAY 2 | Old Havana

Our experts will present a talk on the


history of Havana as we sail into the
harbor, docking in the heart of the capital
around noon. Step off for a tour of Old
Havana where youll meet with artists and
stop by the Hotel Ambos Mundos where
Hemingway often stayed. Our ship will be
docked overnight in Havana, allowing you
to easily step off and take in a music or

DAY 3 | Cigar Country


Embark on a full-day excursion to
Pinar del Ro, home to remarkable
limestone landscapes and Cubas famed
tobacco fields. Meet with a local farming
family, visit a tobacco-sorting facility and
sit down to lunch on an organic farm.
Youll also spend time with residents in a
small provincial town before returning to
Havana. Enjoy another elegant dinner
onboard as the Saint Laurent charts a
course that will take you sailing around

DAY 4 | National Park

Step off in laid back Maria La Gorda and


join an expert Park naturalist for guided
exploration inside Cubas largest nature
reserve. Later, a local meteorologist
discusses his work and the impact that

Ashore in lovely Cienfuegos

This mornings guided excursion explores


the architectural diversity of Cienfuegos with
its fine Colonial district and French-inspired
20th-century villas. Then spend time at a graphic
arts studio and meet the members of a local choir.
Back onboard, you can attend another discussion
with our shipboard experts or just relax as we

DAY 6 | Colonial Trinidad


Discover the handsome town of Trinidad,
founded in the 16th century and famed for
its wealth of historic landmarks. Youll also
discover Trinidads vibrant cultural scene as you
meet local artists and visit a ceramic studio where
youll learn about traditional Cuban pottery
techniques from the skilled artisans of this

DAY 7 | San Pedro de la Roca


From the distinctive white dress youll see
worn by Santeria initiates to its unique and
enduring styles of music and dance, Santiago de
Cuba has a very strong Afro-Cuban spirit, which
youll discover on this mornings guided tour.
After lunch, youll visit San Pedro de la Roca, a
magnificent fortress built by the Spanish in the

DAY 8 |

Baracoa or Alejandro de
Humboldt National Park

Tailor your exploration with the included


guided excursion of your choice: You can
visit historic Baracoa and meet the residents of
this timeless town, where many still make their
living by fishing or cultivating coconut and
banana. Or, you can enjoy an excursion to the

National Park named for the German naturalist


who explored this area in 1801; its a tropical
paradise home to many colorful species like the

DAY 9 | Discover Holgun


Enjoy a leisurely morning of cruising and lunch
onboard. Then step ashore in the port of Gibara
where Christopher Columbus landed in 1492.
Travel inland to Holgun where artisans and
musicians will offer insight into their daily lives

DAY 10 | Disembark in Miami


After breakfast, youll disembark at 9:00 am in the
Port of Miami. We include your return transfer to
