Youth Alive Fellowship Report for May 2015

This month, due to our busy schedule and responsibilities we were able to hold the
last Youth Alive fellowship last Friday, May 8, 2015 at the IFL sanctuary. Only 39
young people attended because others went on summer vacation. We had 11
young people from the community, which consists of 7 girls and 4 boys while we
had 28 young people from IFL, which consists of 13 girls and 15 boys. Our speaker
was Mr. Christian Ernieson Reyes, who is a teacher and also a youth leader. He
talked about friendship, We are the Friend of God.

Youth Alive Leaders Meeting

IFL Youth Alive leaders conducted their meeting at the IFL Conference room at 4:00 pm on May
12, 2015. Ms. Judith Tudela, IFLs Bookkeeper and Administrative Officer, was invited to give
some advice, tips and dos and donts on how to make monthly/annual reports. Mr. Jed Reyes
also spoke about the significance of mission, vision and core values of the YA! ministry. He also
helped the YA leaders with planning monthly activities like monthly topics, discipleship
program, community outreach/mission, etc. The meeting ended at 9:00 pm.

Youth Alive Leaders Meeting

IFL Youth Alive leaders had their follow-up meeting at the IFL Music room on May 26, 2015 at
2:30 pm. The meeting was led by Mr. Raymond Malana, our Youth Pastor. He discussed the
organizational chart, group reshuffling, members age bracketing which is 13 up to 20 years old,
policies and procedures, monthly activities and the YA! fund raising which is handicrafts like
bookmarks, key chains and souvenirs made out of recycled materials. They also talked about
the Youth Alive! mission, vision and core values, a planned crusade for Barangay San Isidro, team
building for YA Leaders in developing stronger relationship and unity to each other and also,
opening a bank account to secure their fund raising income which will be used for YA activities.
The Youth Alive Fellowship will resume on June 19, 2015 at the IFL church.
