8. No Extra/Additional rent for the ATM will be given if the ATM is situated within the
acquired premises.
9. The owner will have to coordinate with the vendors, agencies, architects &
contractors during the course of furnishing works.
10. Proper signage space having maximum visibility & as per the banks requirement
has to be provided by the owners at no extra cost in any manner.
11. Premissions from the concerned authorities (i.e. Police, Adminstration etc) for
executing the furnishing works which may be carried out day & night & on
holidays has to be arranged by the owner himself.
12. The owner to provide space for outer units of ACs, placing of DG sets for smooth
functioning of branch.
13. The L-1 will be decided on the basis of the rent quoted for ground floor as
well as total outflow (ground floor basement, first floor and Mazzanine
floor.
The cover containing techinical details should be marked Envelope No.1 and
superscribed with Technical Bid and the cover containing financial details
should be marked Envelope No.2 and superscribed with Financial Bid. These
all envelopes should be put in one single Envelope and addressed to the Zonal
Manager, Bank of India, Level 5, Tower-I, Jeevan Bharti Building, Connaught Circus,
New Delhi 110001, submitted as detailed hereunder. All these envelopes must be
properly sealed and the offerer;s complete address along with contact number, name
Fax No., E Mail ID (in effect/working) of the area for which proposal is submitted must
be elaborated on each envelope.
The offer as above should be submitted in Banks prescribed format only, which
may be obtained from Bank of India ,Zonal office at Level 5, Tower I, Jeevan Bharti
Building ,Connaught Circus, New Delhi-110001 or downloaded from Banks website at
www.bankofindia.com under head Tender from 01-06-2014 to 14-06-2014. The formats
can be obtained from the Zonal Office ,on all working days between 11:00AM to 05.00
PM and between 11:00 AM to 02:00PM on Saturdays.
A Non-Refundable Demand Draft/Pay order of Rs.1000/- favoring Bank of India
and submitted in separate envelope marked as Demand Draft must be attached
with the envelope of Technical Bid (Envelope No. 1). Offerers are requested to
mentioned your e-mail address also for fast communication.
The sealed offers will be received at above address between 11:00AM to 05:00PM
on other working days and between 11:00AM to 02:00PM on Saturdays. Last
date for bid receiving is 14-06-2014 upto 1400 hrs (02.00 pm).
The Technical Bids will be opened and inspections of short listed premises will
be carried out within the next fortnight after the last date of Tender submission.
Plese Note that if any of the envelope found unsealed or if Non-Refundable
Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs.1000/- is not found attached with the envelope of
the technical bid that bid will be out rightly rejectd.
The Bank reserves the right to accept /reject any/all offers without assigning any reason
whatsoever. No Brokerage will be paid by the Bank.
