STATE TRACK CHAMPIONSHIPS

Thursday: Gates/check-in open 4:15pm. Check-in closes 5:30pm. Racing begins 6pm.
Friday: Gates/registration open 5:15pm. Registration closes 6:30pm. Racing begins 7pm.
Saturday: Gates open 8:45am. Registration closes 9:30am. Racing begins 10am.

Entry: $25 for first event, $10 for each additional event. Team events (Thursday) are $10/ per
rider. Add $10 for day-of registration (Friday/Saturday only). There will be no day-of registration
for Thursday timed events.
Pre-registration is on USACycling.org pre-reg ends Wednesday, August 19 at 11pm. All times
EST.
Total weekend payout is $1880. Promoter reserves right to modify race length, payout, and
fields due to registration.
No glass containers allowed inside the gates; no alcohol or pets in the infield.
A W9 is required to claim cash prizes monies must be claimed at the office before the end of
racing on Saturday. Prize money will not be mailed. All riders (except for juniors) are eligible for
payout, with W9 on file.
2015 Indy Cycloplex waiver is required before taking the track.
TruTrainer Premium Bicycle Rollers permanent tent available for use by all registered riders: first
come, first served.
State Championships: indicates state championship event. Eligibility of state champions is
limited to USAC license holders with residence in Indiana or Kentucky, as indicated on license.

Medals given to top three in each event/category as indicated and must be picked up at MTV
office by Thursday, August 27, 2015. Medals will not be mailed.

Field limit in mass-start event is 36 riders per race.
* - All masters combined, then split out afterwards for State Championship categories: 40+,
45+, 50+, 55+, etc.
Cloth numbers required for Friday night racing at MTV - $10 for new number, $5 for
replacement (upgrade # is free with trade-in).
