FAMILY OUTING ay Bhubaneshwar & Ranchi y was a great experience'! had with my family and all the colleagues asit was a family ‘group outing. For me it was a new and good experience as | had never done such kind of trip ever before. As far as the tour is concerned 1 would like to thank the ‘management for making this tour so good. The venue where we stayed was good, the decided spot was amazing, very nice views we came across, each and everything of the trip was great, We had elephant rie, jungle safari the fal view, the zoo, the cactus. garden visit, monastery view, the amazing tea garden, each and every view was great for me, Especially the food, it was delicious and healthy. A last, | would like to share that! don't want o miss this opportunity this year also. Ritesh Sriwastava —— Last year in 2014,0ur team Bhubaneswar and team Ranchi performed excellently, by which we became eligible for the team outing. Inthe month of May our team visited Lava. The two days at Lava was really awesome. "Feeling the Chilling in Hot" was. really a phenomenal experience. The cloud directly entering to our room and feeling that nature was really enjoyable. Spending night al Lataguri and the “forest safari" and "Elephant Safari" are really an unforgettable experience. Moreover spending time with colleagues was more enjoyable. Also, | thank Allergan for having trust and confidence in my abilities and motivating me for this great performance. ga aaa Un) Daves 4 A AMSPECIAL LUUDAYS |/am sure you all know that in Tamil film industry there are two evergreen stars — Rajnikanth and Kamal Hasan Long back | happened to read an interview of actor Kamal Hasan in one of the magazines. In the interview he brought out an interesting comparison between him and Rajnikanth. He said that there is nothing common we can find between him and Rajnikanth. Looks, personal background, choice of movies, complexity of roles, way of acting, make up, intensity, costumes, types of fans - you can name anything and there will be nothing in common. Yet for every festival there will be one movie released by both of them on the same day and both movies will become a super hit crossing 100 days. They both became superstars. He then closes the interview with one profound comparison and that was mind blowing. He says “There is a huge difference even in the way we approach every movie. Rajnikanth approaches every movie as if itis his first movie, And approach every movie as ifitis my last movie.” This statement had a phenomenal impact on me. | started thinking how do | approach my work every day. Am | taking itas just another day. Am Itreating it as a normal day referring to my past or knowing well there are enough time in future left. lasked myself how different can | approach? | realized approaching every day as my first day makes my work so different. There is somuch more energy, there is so much more to look for, so much more freshness. Every interaction with my team member is so different. There is an inclination to learn. Every interaction with the customer becomes different There is so much more positivity to everything. There are people who approach as ifitis their last day. Their thought process works differently. How can leave a legacy in everything | do? How can | add my touch to the day? How can | create an experience that will stay for long? How dol make sure that there is success in every call make? Friends, there are another 100 days leftin this year. Each of you have a dream. It could be qualifying for ATC. It could be qualifying for the prestigious International President's Club and Top Club which Suresh has announced. tcould be earning that top most incentive slab Each of you is a superstar in your own way. You may have completely different traits when compared to many others. It doesn’t matter.
