6. The case study presented is fictitious, but widely based upon numerous successful retail enterprises in Canada who may wish to rely
on the tax advantages of Canada-Bermuda TIEA to enhance their profitability. This hypothetical case is described in the past tense to
describe YWCs expansion into global markets on a Canadian tax exempt basis.
