Current Project:

HCSB Bible

Period: 04th Jan. 20010 - till date

HCSB Bible is a silverlight web application. Idea is to make an e-book for Holy Bible. The
project development is divided into 4 different iterations. First iteration is going on. WCF
Services, REST services, XAML & lucene indexing is used in the project.

My Role: Creation of REST Services for a specific pipeline named CRP pipeline in the project
& work on business logic for it in the Business layer which is WCF service.

OnlyBusiness.com is a web application. Its main focus is to simplify the process of building
websites on the fly. I am working on a module named Profile Widgets management in
Website Builder Section. The main objective of this module is to allow the creation of New
Profiles, Profiles List, Profile Details and Profile Search Widgets.

My Role: Database Design of the specific module given to me up to the desired level of
Normalization.
All Back End and Front End related work of the module which includes writing stored
procedures, functions, Triggers and other tasks of SQL Server and writing APIs in c# 2.0 and
other work includes HTML/DHTML and JQuery use.

Time Sheet Management

Period: 15th May 2009. till 14th July 2009.
The Time Sheet Management was an internal project of the company and I was involved for
the development of a small module in this project. The module was named Task
Management and main objective of this module was to manage the task assignment process
within the organization.

My Role: Whole data base design with desired level of Normalization and development of the
module using C# 3.0 features i.e LINQ and Data Context classes.

Segway Communications
Period: 19th Feb 2008 till 14th May 2009.
Segway Communications is providing VOIP based Services in the region of North America.
Segway Communications wanted to have a B2B and B2C portal for selling its products and
Services. The application is responsible for the customer tracking, Resellers tracking and
affiliates tracking for purchases, sales, payments and orders. The application calls routines
on the VOIP platform for configuring various services opted by customers/resellers. The core
modules for this application are the Billing Engine, Windows Application to update the status
of Records(like from Sold DID to Unsold DID), Request Handling Engine, Call Log Importer,
Call Log Calculation, and Admin Control Panel with ‘n’ level for Group and User Role Based
Security System and the Customer interface.

My Role: Admin Control Panel Development and Maintenance, Multithreaded Billing engine,
Windows Application for Records status change, Upload Process Activities like maintaining
the back up on VSS environment and synchronization of local, demo and Live server
applications using advanced Tools like Win Merge. Assigning the sub modules to the Junior
Developers.

Period: 08th Feb. 2007 - 08th Aug. 2007
The ‘Smart’Alert Network is the personalized direct-to-family emergency notification system.
It contacts family members if they are in harms way. Project was having two separate
components.
One was Web based Admin Section and other was main website. Web Services were used
for sending missing alerts, Fax messages, Voice messages and Picture messages.

My Role: I was involved in development of Admin section as well as main website. As it was
my first project so limited rights were given during the development.

Recent Quality Javascript/Ajax/DHTML works:

1. OnlyBusiness.com, SegwayCommunications.com and SmartAlertNetwork.com has
nice Ajax work.

2. Smart Alert Network: The project was developed using ASP.NET 1.1. So in most of
the modules, Classic Ajax was used. Specially a user control was developed having the
concept of reusability in mind to get different states on change of country and different
cities on change of selected state using classic ajax. Using classic ajax, one more
functionality was provided to check username availability the moment textbox looses the
focus.

3. Segway Communications: The project related to VOIP services was developed

having the advance concepts of c# 2.0. The use of concepts like inline delegates,
predicates and other advance concepts like dictionary made the performance level much
higher. A special concentration was given during database design and normalization. The
Billing Engine was made multithreaded with use of Thread Pool concept to handle
thousands of customers and Temporary Bills funda was also implemented using
Serialization concept with Binary Formatter class.

4. OnlyBusiness.com: The whole website is AJAX based and every click is an AJAX call
making only some part of the website change through DHTML. My special work included
profiles widgets which were considered the core of website builder module. Using these
widgets one can make new database tables with desired fields and data types available.
The features to choose selected fields for Listing and Details widgets were also given.
The Custom Database Search widget was very powerful as all queries were made at run
time to search with the desired criteria.
