INT. BRYONYS BEDROOM. NIGHT.

A girl is lying on her bed in a dimly lit room, reading a
red book.
NARRATOR
Once upon a time there was a
beautiful young princess. She lived
in a magical kingdom. Sadly, her
mother died unexpectedly when she
was just a little girl and her
father died mysteriously just
months after re-marrying. Leaving
her in the care of her Step-mother,
with only her enchanted story book
to remind her of her parents. The
princess cherished the book with
all her heart and never let it
leave her sight. As she was a
princess, youd think she lived in
a fairy tale world but it was just
a story.
(Bryony places the book down
on the bedside table, along
with her glasses and settles
into bed. She turns the night
light off.)
One night she lay in bed and could
not get comfortable.
(She turns the light back on.)
The princess tossed and she turned
until she suddenly decided to
investigate under the mattress. She
reached in and discovered a small
glass marble! Nobody but a real
princess could be as sensitive as
that.

carriage.
The train arrives.
(Bryony closes the book, puts
it in her bag and walks
towards the train.)

Bryony continues to read her book; calmly turning the pages.
