arrivaldate,therewillbenorefund,insteadthefullamountcanbe
appliedtoanotherstaywithinoneyear,basedonavailability.
Noshowsorcancellationsunder72hourswillbechargedthefull
amount/securitydepositunlesstheroomcanberebooked.Early

foranuncertainamountoftime.Ourgraveldrivesarewellmaintained,
howeverwedonotrefundduetoroadconditionsandsevereweather.
5.MAXIMUMOCCUPANCYThemaximumnumberofguestsinthetrailersis
limitedtothree(3)personsintheAVIONandTRADEWIND,andtwo(2)in
theSAFARI.THISPROPERTYREQUIRESATWO(2)NIGHTMINIMUMSTAY;3
nightsduringpeakandholidayseasons.

6.LAUNDRYSERVICELongertermrentalsincludealinenchangeevery
7daysandatowelchangeevery5days.Foradditionaltowelorlinen
change,aservicefeeof$15applies.
7.NODAILYMAIDSERVICEWhilelinensandbathtowelsareincluded
intheguestroom,dailymaidserviceisnotincludedintherental
ratehoweverisavailableatanadditionalrate.Wesuggestyoubring
yourownbeachtowels.Wedonotpermittowels,linensorbathrobesto
betakenfromtheguestroom.
8.RATECHANGESRatessubjecttochangewithoutnotice.
9.FALSIFIEDRESERVATIONSAnyreservationobtainedunderfalse
pretensewillbesubjecttoforfeitureofadvancepayment,deposit
and/orrentalmoney,andthepartywillnotbepermittedtocheckin.
10.WRITTENEXCEPTIONSAnyexceptionstotheabovementioned

11.PARKINGParkingislimitedtoone(1)vehicle.Vehiclesareto
beparkedindesignatedparkingareasonly.Parkingontheroadisnot
permitted.Anyillegallyparkedcarsaresubjecttotowing;applicable
fines/towingfeesandisthesoleresponsibilityofthevehicleowner.
Additional/oversizedvehicles(RVs)willbesubjecttoafeeof$10
$50/night,dependingonsize.
Oilleaksandtheirremovalwillbesubjecttoadditionalfees.
12. Renteragreestoproperlycarefortheguestroomandagreesto
restrictitsusetoonlythosepeopleincludedinthisrental
agreement.Therenterandanyoneincludedintherenterspartyshall
payforanylossordamagecausedtoBigSurGetaway,andtheowner
shallbethesolejudgeastotheconditionoftheguestroomand
facilitiesaftertherenterpartyleaves.Abuse,neglect,damageofany
kind,includingabnormalwearisthesoleresponsibilityoftherenter.
13. POSSESSIONOFAFLASHLIGHT:Wehavenonightilluminationonthe
property.Thereforeitwillbeverydarkatnightandwerequesteach
guesttoownaflashlightand/orcarryaflashlightinthecar/
backpack.
14. SAFETY:Theguestroomisprivatelyowned;theownersarenot
responsibleforanyaccidents,injuriesorillnessthatoccurwhileon
thepremisesoritsfacilities.TheHomeownersarenotresponsiblefor
thelossofpersonalbelongingsorvaluablesoftheguest.Byaccepting
thisreservation,itisagreedthatallguestsareexpresslyassuming
theriskofanyharmarisingfromtheiruseofthepremisesorothers
whomtheyinvitetousethepremise.
15. WATERANDSEPTIC:Ourvintagetrailersareonwellsandseptic
systems.Themineralcontentinthewaterishighandwesuggestour
gueststobringbottledwater.

Thesepticsystemisveryeffective;however,itwillclogupif
impropermaterialisflushed.
DONOTFLUSHanythingotherthantoiletpaper!Nofeminineproducts
shouldbeflushedatanytime.Ifitisfoundthatfeminineproducts
havebeenflushedandclogsthesepticsystem,thesecuritydeposit
willbecharged.
16.PLEASEPROVIDEYOUROWNDRINKINGWATERWHENSTAYINGinoneofthe
Trailers(thisdoesnotapplyfortheLOFT).

17. ELECTRICSUPPLYISLIMITED:
Electricityislimitedinthetrailers.Thismeansthattheuseof
severalelectricitemsthatdrawalotofpoweratthesametime
(e.g.toaster,heaterandhairdryer)willmostlikelyresultina
powerfailure.
Toavoidthis,pleasebemindfulwiththeuseofappliancesinthe
trailers!Useonlyoneapplianceatthetime.

Surrarelyasksforairconditioning)
