PREFACE
Research Work refers to the work related to particular research topic in which the researcher
have to spent his time for depth study by using books, journals, Magazines, Internet, surveys etc.
This is helpful to the researcher in completing his Research work and also helpful in exploring
his knowledge and increasing his professional skills.
This Research work mainly related to the Dealers and their Satisfaction towards the Cement
companies in which the dealers are dealing. Dealers satisfaction is measured through preparing
well structured Questionnaire and then conducting a Survey among the Dealers of the Cement
Companies by filling up the Questionnaire with the help of visiting to the Dealers shop and also
by using the Telephoning method. I have spent 3 Months to complete my Survey.
After Completing the Survey Data is analyzed by using the Simple percentage analysis method
and pie Charts which displays the Satisfaction of the Dealers about the Cement Companies
which proves helpful in reaching to the relation to the problem.
