A. Getbusinessbacktoworkagainbyprotectingbusinessforgovernmentoverreachandover
regulationthatservesonlytokeepanexcessiveamountofgovernmentemployeesworking.
Thesizeofgovernmentwillbereducedandmademoreefficient.Andeverygovernment
entitythatwascreatedoutsideoftheConstitutionalprocesswillbeshutdownandevery
administrativelawwillbeended.
B. Theschoolswillbefundeddifferently.Teacherswillbemademoreimportantthan
administrators.SchoolboardsacrosstheStatewillbeallowedtouseteachingmaterialsof
alltypesandwillnolongerbeforcedtouseonesizefitsallgarbagelikeCommonCore.
ThebestwaytodomostofthereformsweneedfornowistogetCharterSchoolsinto
Oregon.Attheveryleast,thatwillallowparentstosendtheirchildrentoschoolsdesigned
toteachtheirchildrenthewaythatworksbesteachandeverychild.
C. Getbacktospendinggasolinedollarsonourroads.Theyarededicatedtotheroads,yeteach
andeveryyear,lessmoneyisbeingreturnedtothecountiesroadrepairormaintenance.We
needtohavethreetiersinthebudgetprocess.Tier1.Dedicateddollarslikegasoline
revenuesshallbespentontransportation,withabreakdownof90%tothecounties,5%to
largeprojectsliketheColumbiaRiverBridge,andamaximumof5%topaydownthelight
railsystem.Tier2.DedicatedPropertytaxrevenueswouldbeusedtocoverpropertyrelated

issues.Police,fire,andothergovernmentresponsibilitiessuchascountyrelatedrecords
