Officers responded to the listed address on a shooting. V1/BM, 18 yrs, had been transported to the hospital prior to officer’s
arrival. V1 was declared DOA at the hospital. No further information at this time.

40XX Emerson Ave N Tuesday 5/4/10 0123 hrs 10-124231
Structure is a 2-story, wood frame residence with aluminum siding. The front door was locked & fire dept. officials noted that
the side door was propped open with a city garbage can. A glass portion of an interior front door was broken. Crews noted a
strong odor of gasoline throughout the hallway. OT1 lives across the street & told officials he went outside when his car alarm
went off , & smelled smoke. There was heavy smoke, soot, & heat damage throughout the unoccupied house. Due to burn
patterns, the heavy odor of gasoline, & the back door being propped open, the fire cause is arson with damage valued at
approx. $25,000. No suspects.

37XX Emerson Ave N Saturday 5/8/10 2123 hrs 10-129013
The MFD responded to this address on a garage on fire. The garage was totally consumed, & was put out without incident.
S1, 32 yrs, a neighbor, is considered a person of “interest” as he came over to the address 3 times that day, accusing V1’s son
of stealing his (S1’s) son’s bike. The fire was discovered approx. 23 minutes after S1’s last appearance on the property. Due
to the lack of accidental ignition points, the MFD considered the cause of the fire to be Arson. Property damage is estimated at
$10,000 & contents at $300. No injuries.

V1/BM, 33 yrs, was at a party at the above location. V1 left & had his keys in the driver’s door of his car, when he heard
shots. V1 did not know how many shots, but could feel that he had been hit in the right side of his face, groin, & right lower
leg. V1 did not see who shot him but said the shots came from bushes across the street. V1 was transported to the hospital by
friends. Wounds are non-life threatening. Officers recovered 8 spent shell casings on the property & sidewalk across the street
from this incident.

V1/BM, 23 yrs, was walking home from the store when he was approached by 2 unknown BM suspects, both 16-25 yrs. S1
pulled out a handgun & demanded everything V1 had. Suspects took V1’s wallet & cell phone & fled. No injuries.

V1/WF, 19 yrs, was waiting for the bus when S1/BM, 18-19 yrs, approached V1 & asked to see her I-pod. V1 said no & put it
in her purse. At that time, S1 grabbed V1’s purse, & ran away. I-pod is valued at $300. No injuries. Suspect GOA.

V1/BM, 22 yrs, stated he was in a home where several people rent rooms in the house. V1 said S1/BM, 20-30 yrs, displayed a
black automatic & held it to V1’s head, demanding everything he had. Loss included $350 in cash; a debit card; ID; & 2 cell
phones. V1 ran to the Pct. to make a report. S1 was not located. V1 had a Misd. Warrant from Henn Co., so he was booked.

26TH Ave N & Thomas Ave N Sunday 5/9/10 1450 hrs 10-129638
V1/Mixed Race male, 22 yrs, stated he was walking to the store when he saw a white car do a U-turn & unknown S1/BM, 18-
25 yrs, dark complexion, beard, wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans, a white t-shirt, & K-Swiss shoes, got out of the vehicle. S1
pointed a handgun at V1, saying “Drop everything you’ve got.” V1 complied. Loss is a cell phone & $15 in cash. S1
instructed V1 to turn & walk away. No injuries. S1 was GOA.

V1/BM, 21 yrs, & other victims were seated in V1’s vehicle, while V2/BM, 18 yrs, was outside, speaking to V1, who was in
the driver’s seat. Two unknown BM suspects, both 20-23 yrs, approached, & S1 put a black semi-automatic into V2’s side,
demanding he empty his pockets. S1 then pointed the gun at V1 & demanded he empty his pockets. S1 reached into the
vehicle & grabbed V1’s cell phone. Everyone was ordered out of the vehicle at gunpoint. S2 got into the driver’s side, S1 sat
in the front passenger seat, & suspects drove off with the vehicle. No injuries. Suspects GOA.

V1/WM, 27 yrs, was standing near his ex-girlfriend’s car, when unknown S1/BM, 25-35 yrs, 6’-6’1, Jeri curls, wearing a black
hoodie, jeans, & a white BB cap, approached & pointed a gun at V1, demanding everything he had. V1 handed S1 $60 from
his pocket. S1 demanded the ex-girlfriend give him her money, but she didn’t have any, & gave S1 her debit card. S1 told V1
& his ex, that he needed more cash, so V1 started walking toward the house. S1 grabbed V1 & said he’d put a hole in his head.
The ex-girlfriend took off in her vehicle & S1 ran away. No injuries.

Broadway Ave W & Fremont Ave N Monday 5/10/10 1515 hrs 10-130549
V1/BM, 42 yrs, was at the gas station, strapping OT1, his 2 yr-old son into his car seat, when unknown S1/BM, 25-30 yrs, 5’5,
medium complexion, medium length braids, blue BB hat, blue jeans, light blue leather jacket with embroidered designs,
pointed a black semi-automatic gun at V1. V1 gave S1 $99 in cash & S1 fled. No injuries.

Fremont Ave N & Lowry Ave N Sunday 5/9/10 0115 hrs 10-129199
Officers conducted a traffic stop after observing a vehicle at an intersection stopped in the middle of the crosswalk, obstructing
pedestrian traffic. Upon activating squad’s emergency lights, the vehicle did not stop immediately & would not stop until
officers activated their siren. Officers also noted that this vehicle matched the description of a vehicle involved in an earlier
“shots” call. A felony stop was conducted & occupants were ordered out of the vehicle at gunpoint. While searching the
vehicle incident to arrest, officers located a spent 10mm shell casing in the rear seat. The vehicle was towed & held for
Weapons. S1/BF,22 yrs, S2/BM, 23 yrs, & S3/Mixed-Race female, 17 yrs, were ID’d & released at the scene.
