Olga’s SPECTACULAR Spinach Dip Recipe Rated 4 Stars by Big “J”

Ingredients: • 1/4 tsp pepper

• 2 packages (10 oz each) fro- • 1 clove garlic, crushed.

spinach with remaining ingredients in glass or plastic bowl.
• 1 cup plain yogurt
2. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
• 1 cup finely chopped green
onions (9 medium). 3. Serve and Enjoy.
• 2 tsp chopped fresh or 1/2 tsp dried tarragon leaves.
• 1/2 tsp salt

Rafael’s FINGER LICKING Chicken Fingers!
Cooking Instructions: • In a sauté pan you add cooking oil (any type of cooking oil
will do. Grape oil recommended). Make sure the oil is nice
• Cut chicken breast into small strips (like fingers) and heated.
• Add season salt and black pepper to taste. • Cook until crispy and brown.
• In a medium sized bowl add 2 cups of butter milk in the bowl. • Enjoy with a tasty ranch or any
kind of dipping sauce.
• On a separate large plate add 2 cups of flour.

• Dip a strip into the buttermilk.

• Cover the strip with flour.

• On a separate clean plate place all coated strips of chicken.
