96 Years Young

Valley Member, Dollie Fletcher, recently

celebrated her 96th birthday. She is Valley's
eldest Member and on behalf of Valley
Country Club, happy, happy birthday, Dollie!

"I have been a friend of Dollie’s for over 25

years. We were neighbors and also Valley
Members. She always says that one of the
best decisions she ever made was to join
Valley. She still has a zest for life and loves
going out with friends where she enjoys a
“toot” before dinner. She is always ready to
go “up the hill” (code for the casinos).

"If you ever get a chance, ask her about her

experience during WWll when she was a
secretary in Washington DC. She has lots
of stories to share.

"Happy Birthday ‘Doll.’"

~ Barb Gibb

"Dollie is a happy friend, full of joy and

fun, loves good food and a good Scotch
and loves to play bridge and travel—
especially to the casinos. She loves to share
stories, and I hope I’m as sharp as she is
when I’m 96 years young."
~ Jean Myatt

“We love Dollie’s downhome sense of

humor and positive attitude.”
