the land. For us in the business of schools, typically the fall
was our “new” year. We, also as members of Delta Kappa Webmaster: Leigh Taylor
Gamma look forward to another year in Eta Zeta Chapter.
We start this year in Eta Zeta Chapter with a new TSO
President, Mrs. Patti Belknap and our new Area 9
Coordinator, Mrs. Marylin Nease. We welcome and
congratulate them as they begin the 2019-2021 Biennium
in The Delta Kappa Gamma Society International.
Our focus for Eta Zeta Chapter this year is MEMBERSHIP. August
During our 2019 Planning Meeting in July, The SPA or Elaine Thomas August 8
Strategic Plan of Action guided the discussion for our Mary Claire Welch August 16
chapter focus. Membership is very critical to the future of
September
our chapter and I believe we are all in agreement, it is our
Joanne Szalay September 2
task to: (1.) RECRUIT new members (2.) RETAIN
membership within the chapter and (3.) REINSTATE Yvonne Manuel September 14
inactive members in our chapter. This, of course is not the Jeanie Morrison September 19
task of a few, but for all. I am looking forward to our Barbara Stoddaard September 28
members sharing your thoughts and ideas, working
together to execute the plan of action and realizing the
success of the chapter working together to hopefully August-September Inspiration
welcome new members, welcome back members who
return and all active members present and accounted for.
Do you have the vision? Let’s hope that you do.
