Actions: What did you do-be specific and be sure to align the actions to the
wording of the prompt: Researched Georgia States Code of Ethics and Discipline Procedures.
Results: how do your actions affect your effectiveness or student
learning/outcomes: Gaining a better understand of what is considered unethical allows one to
become a better employee. It allows an employee to take proper steps and precautions as to not be
accused of unethical behavior. In the event that an employee is accused of unethical behavior, knowing
the discipline process, the actions of the board and the rights of the employee will help them fight the
claims in an effective manner.
