these instructions upon arrival in Copenhagen:

Take the train from Copenhagen Airport (station located in Airports ground
floor) to Helsingborg Centralstation C. (Arriving in Copenhagen airport go
100 meters ahead from exit hall to the train station, its in the same
building)
Train leaves every 20 minutes in daytime and takes abt 60 minutes to
Helsingborg Centralstation.
Buy a ticket to Helsingborg C via Malm.
Ticket costs abt SEK. 200:- (USD abt 28) and you need to buy this in
Copenhagen before you take the train.
*If you need to exchange money currency to buy train ticket, you can go to:
