Roles & Responsibility

Responsibility for over all Daily Lab Activities.
Implementation of microbiological activities of lab likes collection of samples, testing,
result issuing etc.
Responsibility for Plate Exposures, Swab analysis, Personal hygine, Water samples
testing.
Responsibility for Microbiological analysis of finished product as well as online egg liquid
analysis as per NABL scope Parameters.
Responsibility for antibiotic residue analysis of finished product and raw material by using
Prime Test Kit as per NABL scope Parameters.
Reporting to QA Manager for Daily Lab activity, Plant Hygiene, Production Related Quality
activity etc.
Responsibility for root cause analysis for microbiologically deviation.

Maintaining records for HACCP and EIA, ISO 22000, ISO 17025 (NABL).
