HISTORICAL PLACE
Light and Sounds Musuem

We visited the Lights and Sound museum located in Intramuros. The Lights and
Sound museum presents
the pre-colonization of the Philippines, the Spaniards reign and Rizals life. As we
walk through the
museum we there is a narrative in the background as we walk by the props telling
us about the stories
that lies in our history. The museum showed how the Philippines looked like before
the Spanish
colonization.
As we continue to walk along the path, we learned about how the Spaniards treated
the Filipinos were
treated during the Spanish rule. How they executive the three priest famously
known as GOMBURZA.
The Spanish also build the intramuros the gem of spain in asia in that period. It also
informed us about
the many brave Filipinos that fought for our freedom against the Spanish rule. After
that, it was Rizals
life that being narrated. Musuem replicates the life of Rizal, when he was child,
when he was abroad,
when he wrote the Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo and up to the execution of
Rizal in
Bagumbayan.
