Crop Cutting Experiments are carried out with the help of district, tehasil and
village level authorities. At district level, the District Statistical Officer gives
permission letter to perform CCEs in that specific district.
District coordinator collects schedules from district statistical officer then he
distributes schedules to field executives.
State coordinators give training to district coordinators followed by tehasil
coordinators and field executives.
Field executive will take the appointments from patwari/lekhpal and farmers.
At tehasil level kanungo instruct to patwari/lekhpal about the Crop Cutting
Experiments. Patwari/Lekhpal selects the plots with help of some statistical
tools to carry out CCEs.

Issues:

Patwari/Lekhpal does not have the proper planning of CCEs though they
have been instructed by higher authorities.
Farmers are not waiting for harvesting because its very risky that any
kind of natural phenomenon can happen like rain, windstorm.
Lack of coordination in hierarchy of government system is also the major
issue during the execution of CCE.
Lack of the transport facilities to go in remote areas.
Some time its difficult to get geo coordinates because of technical issues.
