Steps to get TrueCall Data: (Example: VoLTE Drop Analysis)


1.

Click on Add Filter button to add required inputs.

v VoLTE Erab Drops: >=0


v Start eNB ID: Search eCell for which KPIs need to review.

After filling initial inputs please select date/Time duration for which data need to
review and click on Commit button.

After Clicking on Commit button, tool will initiate download process and that will take
time of few minutes. After download completion click on Call Table.
4.
After clicking on Call table we will have statistical view of desired KPI. Just right click
on any column and export to external view.

Save external view into excel format.

6.

Review KPIs and try to segregate IMSI numbers majorly contributing in drop count.

7.
Check RF (RSRP,RSRQ) corresponding to that IMSI and relevant call scenarios (Like
Call release counter, RLF, HO Fail, Reestablishment Fail ..etc)
8.
Map IMSI with JIO number and try to contact customer. Visit issue location and check
radio environment for further Parametric or Physical optimization.

If RF Condition is Poor:
Try to improve with physical optimization.

If still we have issue , plan for ISC/OSC for that particular location.
