through an advertisement published in the Daily The News

122.03.2015,that you are needed the services of suitable and competent candidates
for the post of Hostel Warden(Male Hostels, laying vacant under your kind
auspices.
Sir I possess the requisite qualifications and duly met the criteria set for the
above mentioned post. Currently I am working as an Admin & HR Assistant in KPSouthern Area Development Project (KP-SADP),DIU Tank, a Multy Donor Trust
Fund/World Bank Project. I have also worked as a Sub Accountant in Directorate
of Treasuries & Accounts ,KPK.As a Secretary/Computer Operator in a project
Strengthening of Model Farm Services Centers launched by Directorate of
Agriculture Extension KPK.As an Internee for one year in NBP. By working in
different Departments I have gained enriched experience and have developed
professionalism, integrity and diversity. My academic career is illustrious and
have got 1st division in all the exams except one 2nd division in BSc. I have also
qualified the CSS exam.
So I present myself as a potential and zealous candidate for the above mentioned
post. If given me the opportunity to be selected for the aforesaid post, I assure you
that I shall perform my duty diligently, with dedication and full uprightness.
