Critical Reflection

Crafting a CV was not an easy task for me. I've always seen the task very daunting and tiring.

As I was writing my resume for the first time recently, it was encouraging to see how much

educational and training experiences I have achieved over the past year.

If the writing CV was not a requirement for my HRM course, I would not have noticed and

appreciated how far I have come with my education and experience. This exercise made me look

back at my career and experience more than 10 years ago. Also I will be finally able to complete

my master’s degree. I am so proud that I am now
