    This daily progress report from Evergreen Construction provides updates on construction of an Intermediate Ash Silo over 7 days from September 15-21. On most days, work was unable to be done due to heavy rain. On September 20, shuttering and bar binding was done with 15 workers. The next day, bar binding was done with 6 workers. On September 21, civil work was closed for the plant due to a fatal accident involving 3 laborers at the Boiler area. Tomorrow's plan was to continue footing work.
