Agreement made on The 25th of August 2016, by and between BermS (hereinafter
referred to as Artist) and Metropolis City as represented Metropolis inc. (hereinafter
referred to as Purchaser). It is mutually agreed between the parties as follows:
The Purchaser hereby engages the Artist and the Artist hereby agrees to furnish said
services hereinafter described, upon all of the terms and conditions herein set forth.
