the Bay Area; 7,063 were substantiated

7,179 counseling calls fielded on crisis TALKLine
83% of families in IFS improved parenting skils
6,213 school kids learned how to stay safe

OUR PROGRAMS
Children + Family Services
Support services for vulnerable families: mental health
counseling, therapeutic childcare, case management,
parent education, support groups + events.
Crisis intervention via TALK Line (415-441-KIDS)

Community Education
Safety education for children + parents
Training for child-serving professionals to ensure proper
reporting of suspected abuse
Public awareness campaigns

Strategic Partnerships
Coordination of public + private partnerships to improve
citywide response to child abuse
Advocacy to improve the system that protects children

SERVICES (IFS)

This new program of

intensive services helps
vulnerable families build
their protective factors with
a personalized, wraparound
approach proven to create
strong families and prevent
abuse. Our (early) positive
results have garnered local +
national interest.
