A brief talk with HR sir about factory situation and found that the situation was not changed at
all as I left the factory six months ago. The overall problem has not been solved yet. He said
people are working in similar manner. No responsibilities over job carried out were as it is. He
added we should change this situation slowly and patiently so that we can manage the factory
well for better outcomes. Hope we can change the factory situation in positive way.

Today I reached office at 10:30 AM. Ramesh sir has already arrived in the office. Today we have
to overview on jobs those are under progress on this Ameer Bhavan with Mr. Ajay who is about
to left Hama. Rajan Sir told me to go to Simara for R2 and R3 installation project overview and
initiation works. Tomorrow I am going to samara after attending to Kathmandu office.
