The use of present perfect continues:


1- Action or situation that started in the past and are continuing up to now
(Note: for finding this you should look for since(since last year ,since June,) , for( for 5 years, for
20 minutes and if not you should look for duration like all day,)
the voice has been running on TV for more than 4 years
i have been studying at the university since last fall

2- action that has started in the past and just now stopped
(note: for finding them look for the specific time like now in the first two sentences and this
evening in the last one)
They have been eating chocolate, and now they are throwing up.
I have been waiting for this movie for over a year and its finally on the screen now
They have been looking forward to this evening all summer.
