HGS to expand operations in Mysuru with 300 new jobs

26 July 2016, Mysuru, India: Hinduja Global Solutions Limited (HGS) (Listed on NSE & BSE,
India), today announced that it is expanding its operations in Mysuru, India. The center will add
300 new jobs for customer care support by December, 2016.
HGS recently won a contract from a leading global etailer to support their customers from
Mysuru. The new recruits will provide voice-based customer care support in Kannada and
English languages.
Mysuru has a huge talent base of graduates and HGS is looking to leverage this pool to provide
comprehensive customer experience solutions to our clients. HGS has launched a large-scale
recruitment campaign to attract local candidates looking for roles in the customer service
industry.
One of the oldest and largest BPM companies to tap Mysuru, HGS entered the city in 2006 with
120 employees supporting a telecom giant, and has steadily expanded its delivery capability.
Today, the company has over 600 people in Mysuru, providing a range of services including
