A few other notes for the

school year:
DEAR 2ND GRADE FAMILIES,
Back to school is a very exciting
time. New teacher, new classroom,
new environment; because of that its
important to make sure your child
goes to bed early and be sure to eat a
healthy breakfast starting the first
week of school.
I ask you for your patience the
first week of school with the drop-off
and pick-up routine.
Dont forget to be in school by
8:15 am. The first day of school I will
be picking up the students in the
auditorium. After that I will teach
them to line up in front of my
classroom when the bell rings.
I would also ask you to say your
good-byes with your child outside the
classroom that way the children can
start developing a classroom
community.
When the day is over, I will take
my students to the 7th street drop-off.
If your child rides the bus or goes to
PAC, my IA will be dropping them off.

- Dont forget to pay the

student fee in the front office ($20 per
student/year)
-To keep our campus and
students safe please drop them off
after 7:45am and pick them up by
3:45pm.
-If you cannot pick them up at
3:45pm you must sign your child for
PAC (in the cafeteria) or Boys and Girls
club (we offer a bus).
- All school supplies should be a
donation for all children to share.
- Please do not forget to fill out
the student information form online.
Also, remember to sign up for the
Remind text message system.
