Gentlemen/Madame:
As per our construction schedule monitoring dated 19 June 2016, we are behind schedule with
a negative slippage of 23.76% equivalent to 21.916 days delayed.
Currently, we have pending and delayed activities such as slab-on-grade concreting, stripping of
forms, ledge concreting, masonry works, plumbing, fire protection and electrical installations.
These activities should have been working simultaneously.
We find that your average manpower of 17 is insufficient to address the current workload of the
Project. As per your manpower schedule, average manpower should have been 41 to meet the
target schedule. Please provide the sufficient manpower and create a crash program to recoup
the delay.
