Equipments are:

Pan.
Small Bowl.
Fork.
Long fry Spoon.

Ingredients are:

- 200 gram
shrimps
- 2 tablespoon of
Margarine.
- Sliced
Onions,
- Crushed
Garlic.
- 1 small
sweet corn
peeled,
- 2 of tofu,
- 1medium
cucumber
cubed.

- 1 bunch of
spring
onions,
- 1 medium
carrot
cubed.

- 1 full plate
of white
rice.

- 1 tea-spoon
of fry-rice
seasoning.

- Salt to
taste.
- Sweet
soya
sauce.

Method (How to Cook):

First put 2 table spoon margarine to the frypan wait for a minute until it melt .

Second fry mashed garlic and onions in the


melted margarine add seasoning, cube
carrots, sweet corn, tofu, stir-fry for a minute.
Third add shrimps in the pan add 2 tablespoon sweet soya sauce, wait until the
shrimps half cooked.
Fourth add a full plate of rice, spring onions,
stir-fry for some seconds last add pinch of salt.
