ABSTRACT

In recent years three-dimensional imaging and visualization have become

requirement of each office and company. An architect, engineer, or designer needs
to know in general a three-dimensional design program so that he can make a
good presentation in potential client. The client from his side takes part in the
process of study, without having to purchase any special software, 3D project
imported in PDF file or stored with the form of picture and it is dispatched in the
client, so communication can become rapidly.
With a few simple steps, we can create three-dimensional models to define the
use of space in the plans, the floors and to verify our plan and vision with built-in
mailing lists quantities. The associated maps are available at any time and give us
the ability to input and change our plans, facades, the sections or prospectively.
We can set the standards of our plans and our ideas using as a base, one of the
ready design templates. The presentation of constructional drawings, is checked by
the base of data while simultaneously is provided for us an informed situation of
drawings.
So with this depiction we can see all information of the building before it was
built not only topographical information but also all places, even it is to walk through
every room in the provision of furniture and even the materials from which made.
