spot the mistakes.

main concerns of local government functioning. The epicentre of the talk
involves the contribution of citizens in providing services, secondly how to create
the public service and how the public servants can support the citizen
effectively, thirdly there should be relationship between national government,
local government and local people. Eventually, these issues should not be
overlook.
