inspection, test and measurement.

Responsibility

Tanggung Jawab

The Project Manager/Section Manager is

responsible for maintaining field equipment.

Section Manager (SM) bertanggung jawab untuk

mengatur inventarisasi peralatan lapangan yang
ada.

Section Manager (SM) is responsible to

manage inventory and existence of the field
equipment.

Project Manager (PM) is responsible to ensure

that the field equipment required for executing
each project are available and in good
operating conditions.

Project Manager (PM) bertanggung jawab untuk

memastikan bahwa peralatan lapangan yang
diperlukan untuk pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek
tersedia dan dalam kondisi yang baik untuk
dioperasikan.
Personel yang ditunjuk bertugas untuk membantu
SM/PM dalam pelaksanaan inventorisasi, verifikasi
dan pemeliharaan peralatan lapangan.

Assigned Personnel is assisting SM/PM in

carrying out inventory, verification and
maintenance of the field equipment.

Purchase of Field Equipment

Pembelian

Purchase of field equipment should follow

DMIRSA

Procedure).

Field Equipment Storage

Store aAll field equipment in an orderly

and safe manner, and where considered
practical, they should be kept in
containers. shall be stored neatly, where
practical in the containers designed for
transport and field use. Storage areas
shall be clean, orderly and can be
accessed by authorized personnel. Field
equipment worth more than US$ 25 ,or
prone to theft, shall be securely stored. in
locked storage.

Returning Field Equipment

field
equipment
upon
completion of fieldwork and after applying
appropriate decontamination measures.
The returned field equipment should be
checked for its physical and operating
conditions, recorded in DMIRSA MEDANFORM-38 (Field Equipment Loan Record),
and then acknowledged by the assigned
personnel.

10. Lost or damage field equipment should be

reported to the relevant parties.
