Crystallization of their tears, sweat and smiles their long awaited exclusive thea
ter is finally seeing the light.
Matsui Jurina After waiting so long we will finally have our exclusive theater! I was so happy when I heard about it that I cried. Its great, as fans themselves were really rejoicing at the announcement. Since I perform with Team K due to my concurrent position, Ive noticed that in AK B-sans theater, youre completely immersed in AKB World the moment you pass the doo rway. There are all those portraits hanging and lined up on the walls and when you arr ived at the entry you get this striking feeling Whaa, here it is!. One step in and youre already enjoying your time. So Id like for the same thing to happen when SK E48s exclusive theater will be completed. Also, for the exclusive theater, I want a bigger stage! For the new year perform ance all teams participate, but its so narrow we cant dance at all! Every new year I regret we have such a tiny stage. Regarding the stage devices, I hope we can have a seri*/ lifting floor. Right no w I think it must be difficult for people in the back to see us. If the guests s eats are set on different degrees it will be easier to see already, but using th e seri we wont have this problem anymore to bump into each other while dancing. A lso, there are those sparkling LEDs attached to the seri, isnt it beautiful? It w ould be nice to to have bigger exits. Until the day of its completion, I wish to go on a theaters tour to meet with ev eryone. *(tln : seri / also known as seridasu/ , from , first implemented (as far ily is concerned at least) in AKB48s theater, its the mechanism by which the floor of the theater elevates by means of a hydraulic pressure system) Matsui Rena Im glad to finally be able to share this news with everyone, but I also feel some what melancholic. I like this stage as it is, without seri. Doesnt it make it apa rt from the other theaters stages? Its true that its narrow and hard to dance here, but I also think thats what makes it specific to SKE48. If the stage is remodeled, Id love for the space allowed per member to be widened by around 10cm (laugh). Right now, the space we are allowed to stand in is 60 c m wide, when in the other theaters its 90cm. I also want a bigger dressing room (laugh). Several times a year we hold stages with all the members and then it becomes way too narrow (laugh). We are so cram ped that it gets to the point we cant tell if everyone is actually there or not. The one thing I will remember from this theater is a certain standing position n umber. When I was standing on number 5.5 on the left side there was a pillar rig ht in front of me. Even though I was giving my best, I couldnt see the audiences f aces and I hated it (laugh). But then I noticed that even though I couldnt see an ything in front of me, if I looked obliquely I could see the audience, so I reme mber how I would always sing looking diagonally. I was standing in this position in our 1st stage when I was performing Doku Ringo wo Tabesasete. And for this son g you dont move an inch you know! Thats my unforgetable number 5.5. Even now when I stand at this position, I remember this feeling like if it was yesterday.
