How to Import/Export WBS

T:\Projects\ProjectControls\SDKs

To use Export/import WBS :

1. Enter User Name/Password,
2. Click Update Project List
3. Check to see that the Select Project list is update (more than one entry) showing you are connects
NOTE: the project you select here will be the one used for WBS

1. Change to the PMDB Table tab.

2. Click on the Get PROJWBS Table Detail
This places the WBS from the selected Project on the Tab ProjectWBSOut
Here you can see how the WBS is built inside PM
For importing a WBS you only need the Fields highlighted in Red
3. Go to the ProjectWBSIn tab
4. Build, copy your WBS to this tab
5. Go to the Login tab and make sure the correct project is selected for you import
6. Go to the PMDB Tables tab and click Set WBS
7. You are done. You can the click Get PROJWBS Table Detail again to see that your WBS was imported correctly.
