3 copies of the report for compliance with Part J of the BCA (Vol 1)

3 copies of general roof, wall & floor framing schedule

Warranty Insurance Certificate or;

Certificate of Consent to act as Owner Builder

Copy of Title & Plan of Subdivision

Copy of the Planning Permit and endorsed drawings

Copy of the receipt for the Development Contribution Plan (DCP) Levy (Darebin, Whittlesea &
Glen Eira Municipalities)*Please note: contact your local Council to find out if a DCP Levy is applicable to your
property.

Copy of the Legal Point of Discharge for the Stormwater from Council (sometimes referred to
as Asset Protection Permit.

Copy of the Permit to install the septic tank from Relevant Council
