Melvin Eugene Robinson v. Correctional Officer Gibson, 19 F.3d 1430, 4th Cir. (1994)
3d 1430
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of
North Carolina, at Raleigh; Terrance W. Boyle, District Judge. (CA-94745-CRT-BO)
Melvin Eugene Robinson, appellant pro se.
E.D.N.C.
DISMISSED.
Before MURNAGHAN, HAMILTON and WILLIAMS, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C.
Sec. 1983 (1988) complaint. Our review of the record and the district court's
opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we deny leave
to proceed in forma pauperis and dismiss the appeal on the reasoning of the
district court. Robinson v. Gibson, No. CA-93-745-CRT-BO (E.D.N.C. Dec.
20, 1993). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal
contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and
DISMISSED.
