Each week choose three activities to do with your spelling words to help you study
them. Label each activity you do!
In the Dictionary!
Put all of the words in
alphabetical order.

Clap it Out!
Write each word in
syllables.
Spel*ling

Be an Artist!
Choose six words and draw
a picture to show what they
mean.

Find the Vowels!

Write each word and
circle the vowels.

Write Some Pyramids!

Write a word pyramid for
each word.

Word Master!
Use each word in a
sentence. Make sure it is a
super sentence!

Cursive Master
Write each word in your neatest
cursive
Colorful!
Write each word in a different
color. You can repeat the colors if
you dont have enough!
Creative Writer!
Write a short story using at least
six of the words.

All three activities are due at the beginning of class on Friday.

We will have a practice spelling test on Thursday, and the real spelling test on
Friday.
