Plaintiff - Appellant,
versus
KENNETH S.

APFEL,
COMMISSIONER
OF
SOCIAL
Defendant - Appellee.
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, at Asheville. Max O. Cogburn, Magistrate
Judge. (CA-97-190-1-C)
Submitted:
Decided:
PER CURIAM:
Ruth Merideth appeals from the magistrate judges order granting the Commissioners motion for summary judgment on her claim for
disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income.1
Our review of the record discloses that the Commissioners decision
was based on substantial evidence and is without reversible error.
Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the magistrate judge.
See Merideth v. Apfel, No. CA-97-190-1-C (W.D.N.C. July 6, 1998).2
We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court
and argument would not aid the decisional process.
