constitution of India and also violative of principles of natural justice and for a consequential
direction to the respondents not to interfere with our rights over the above mentioned
property except by due process of law and to pass such other order or orders as this
honourable court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
I further pray that the honourable court may be pleased to direct the respondent not to
interfere with our rights over the above mentioned properities under the guise of road
widening or development of the road without following due process of law pending disposal
of the writ petition and to pass such order or orders as the honourable court may dedem fit
