Training
& Candidates selected as Junior Assistant (Trainee) will be placed on
Probation
training for two years. After successful completion of training, the
candidatesshallbeplacedunderprobationforoneyear.
Scale of Pay / SelectedcandidateswillbeinitiallyrecruitedasJr.Assistant(Trainee)and
Emoluments
will be on training for a period of two years. During the first year, they
willreceiveaconsolidatedpayofRs.10700/permonth.Inthesecond
year, the consolidated pay will be Rs. 12200/ per month. During the
period of training, Medical facility for self, spouse and dependent
children;LeaveetcwillbeaspertheRulesoftheCompany.
Uponsuccessfulcompletionof2yearstraining,theywillbeplacedinS3
grade(scaleRs.168003%24110/)withaminimumbasicpayofRs.
16800/alongwithindustrialdearnessallowance[AICPI198,Base2001=
100],reimbursementoflocaltravellingexpensesandotherfacilitiessuch
as medical facility for self and family, provident fund, gratuity (as per
ceiling prescribed under Payment of Gratuity Act,1972), LTC etc. as per
rules of the Company. In addition, House Rent Allowance will be paid
onlywhereCompanyaccommodationisnotavailable.
On placement in S3 grade after completion of training period, the Jr.
Assistants will be placed on probation for a period of one year. Upon
successful completion of the probation period of 1 year, they will be
confirmedinthepost.

application will be rejected as incomplete and SAIL will not be
responsible.
d. No request for editing of payment details and issue of Admit
card will be entertained in wrong submission cases and
candidaturewillstandrejected.
After applying online, candidate is required to download the system
generatedProvisionalRegistrationSlipwithuniqueregistrationnumber
andotheressentialdetails.
The candidates will be provided opportunity to verify their registered
candidatestatus,afterthreedaysofmakingpaymentonSAILwebsite.
Feeoncepaidwillnotberefundedunderanycircumstances.Candidates
are therefore requested to verify their eligibility before paying the
