 Main Features
TP25M4 truck-mounted boom pump is excellent in reliability, economy,
durability and security. The chassis, power, electric system, hydraulic system, and
pump system of TP25M4 are matched reasonably, and the main components adopt
world-famous brand with high-quality and good performance.

1. Arms are made of “Baosteel 700” high strength structural steel with high strength
and less weight. And it has realized the structure optimization by the analysis and calculation
of finite element and dynamics. The shape of arms adopts smooth transition of streamline
with beautiful shape and great bearing capacity.
Main Features

2. Four arms design, “M” folding. The folding and unfolding of the arms are flexibly, and
can slewing 240°with wider working range to meet different placing requirements.

3. Arms adopt proportion control system. The arms can be operated fast or low as you
like, with great operating performance. Both stepless variable speed remote control and
manual emergency operation can be realized. The oil-way of outriggers and arms can be
switched directly, so we can avoid wrong operation and ensure the construction safety of
truck mounted boom pump.

4. Pump system adopts the hydraulic control direction model. After the slewing cylinder
putting in place, signals transmitted through pressure oil, with reliable performance and low
failure rate.

5. Every time the pumping stroke put in place, it adopts approach switch to induction.
Then the output of the oil pump reaches the maximum immediately, the slewing of S-tube is
stronger and faster, and have better pumping performance.
 Main Features
6. The front outriggers adopt X-type, and the back outriggers adopt swing type. The
outriggers with the features of little space taking, flexible extension and better stability, are
suitable for different jobsite.

7. The machine adopts 230x 1600(diameter x stroke) concrete cylinder with the
features of good performance, good absorption of material, large cubic amount of concrete
pumping, and high working efficient ( 100 m h).

8. Equipped with high-pressure water tank and cleaner which can be used to clean the
machine after finishing the work.

9. Safety protective facilities are well equipped, such as the overflow valves of hydraulic

system, the balance valve of arms cylinder, the trimmer valve and brake from the slewing

loop, the hydraulic lock of outrigger loop, and the interlock control of the electric system, ect.

The above features meet the requirements of operation safety and comfort for operator.

10. The arm and pumping unit adopt long-range wireless remote control, not only

improved he security of the equipment but also reduced the work intensity of the operators.

It also can be operated by electrical control panel with the feature of convenient and flexible.

11. The electric system adopts PLC control. The system is simply and reliably with low

failure rate. Display is configured which can real-time show relevant working parameter.

12. Automatic centralized lubrication system, main movable parts can be easily
lubricated to extend the service life of the equipments.
