Declaration

Conditions of Locale before Installation and Commissioning

1. The situation of locale should be provided as the requirement by the buyer before installa-
tion as follows:
(1) Buyer should finish the construct of plain floor for placing the equipment.
(2) Buyer should connect the main power cables to high voltage cabinet in the control room.
(3) Buyer should finish the installation of the pipes from the water source to the water pond,
and induct the water to the water pond.
(4) Buyer should prepare the raw materials for commissioning.
(5)Buyer should send the picture of the finished plain floor and arrived commodities to the
seller by e-mail before the seller dispatches the technician.

2. The following items will be supplied by the Buyer:

(1) High voltage power to concrete batch plant and temporary power for installation
(2) Adequate grounding and lighting protection.
(3) Water pipe from water resources to concrete batch plant.
(4) Weight for metering in light with the standard under local authority.

3. The following condition is indispensable for installation.

(1) The ground is strong enough to hold the plant.
(2) The difference in horizontal and elevation is acceptable.
(3) The rigidity meets with lifting requirement.

Installation Cost and Time

After the delivery finished, Buyer shall inform The Seller the time and place for supervision to
installation, commissioning and training. The seller shall send technician to supervise the
erection, commissioning and test-run of the contract equipment. The round-trip air ticket (from
China to the destination), accommodation and local travel expenses, the wages ($150/per
day, per person) should be on buyer’s cost.

For purpose of smooth operation of the equipment, engineers will be arranged after the Buyer
finishes foundation construction including oil, water, electricity preparations etc. Pictures of
finished foundation construction need to be received by the Seller. When the equipment ar-
rives in the job site. The seller will send one competent technician to the job site for technical
service with a period of 10 days.
