    Wehadproduced25%ofthereservesfromthefieldstill1994.Nowwe
    havetoreassessthereserves,theONGCofficialadded.
    SudeepAnand,vicepresidentatIDBICapitalMarketServicesLtd,a
    domesticbrokerage,said,ProductionfromtheRseriesfieldsshouldhelp
    ONGCoffsetproductiondeclinefromitsMumbaiHighfields.
    MumbaiHighfieldsisanageingreservoirintheArabianSea.Onceprolific,
    thefieldshavebeenflaggingoverthepastdecade,withONGCundertaking
    severaldrillingcampaignstorevivethereservoir.
    ONGClastmonthsaiditwouldbespendingRs.34,000croreoverthenext
    fouryearstowardsexplorationandproduction.Amajorchunkofthis
    investmentwouldbeforitsKrishnaGodavaribasinoilandgasfieldwhich
    wouldbeputintoproductionby2020.
