You will need to provide this Booking Reference and positive I.D. at check-in to receive your
boarding card.
Important Information: Besides valid photo identification, please note the following
additional requirements for
bookings made using credit cards. Any failure to do so, for any reason whatsoever,
shall result in IndiGo denying
boarding privileges to the customer/passengers(s).
1. Indian Credit Cards: Customers are required to present the credit card or a
photocopy of the credit card used to for the booking, at the time of check-in.
2. International (Non-Indian) Credit Cards: Credit Card holders are required to be a part
of the travelling party and
present the physical card at the time of check-in.
Check Your Flight Timings: To know flight status on the day of departure, contact our 24 X 7
call centre, logon to website send an sms to 566772 in the following format: "ST[space](3 digit
flight number)[space](date of flight as ddmm)". For example: know the status for 6E-333 for
11th December send "ST 333 1112" to 566772

For all departures except from Jammu and Srinagar, failure to check-in 30 minutes prior to
the scheduled departure will result in your booking being cancelled and the fares and
surcharges retained. For departures from Jammu and
Srinagar, you need to check-in at least 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.
Boarding gates close 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time of departure.Please report at
your departure gate at the
indicated boarding time.Any passenger failing to report in time, may be refused boarding
privileges.
Changes permitted more than two (2) hours prior to departure with payment of change fee
and difference in fare if
applicable.
A security search is compulsory.
Your booking is non refundable and name changes are not permitted.
A selection of vegetarian & non-vegetarian wraps, malabar parathas, sandwiches, flavored
cashew nuts, cakes, potato
sticks, samosas (veg. only) and cold beverages may be purchased on board.
If booked through a Travel Partner, a non-refundable transaction fee will be collected directly
by the Travel Partner.
Free baggage allowance 20kg checked baggage and 8 kg (total max dim 115cms) cabin
baggage. This allowance does
not apply to infants. No piece system applies.
This booking is governed by IndiGo's Fare rules and conditions of carriage that are available
from Airport counters,
IndiGo Shops or www.goindigo.in
Flight schedules are subject to change and approval by authorities.
Check-in

Flight Delays, Reschedule or Cancellations


IndiGo reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or delay the commencement or continuance of a flight or to alter the stopping
place or to deviate from the route of the
journey or to change the type of aircraft in use without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the Customers or any
other person whatsoever. Sometimes
circumstances beyond IndiGos control result in flight delays, reschedule or cancellations. In such circumstances, IndiGo
reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or
delay a flight without prior notice. Circumstances beyond IndiGos control can include, without limitation, weather; air traffic
control; mechanical failures; acts of terrorism;
acts of nature; force majeure; strikes; riots; wars; hostilities; disturbances; governmental regulations, orders, demands or
requirements; shortages of critical manpower,
parts or materials; labour unrest; etc.
IndiGo does not connect to other airlines and is not responsible for any losses incurred by Customers while trying to connect
to or from other airlines.If an IndiGo flight cancelled, rescheduled or delayed for more than three hours, a Customer shall
have the right to choose: a refund; or a credit for future travel on IndiGo; or re
onto an alternative IndiGo flight at no additional cost subject to availability.
In the special case in which a subsequent portion of an IndiGo flight is cancelled while a Customer is already in transit, a
Customer shall have the right to choose: to
remain at the transit station and to be re-booked onto an alternative IndiGo flight to the final destination at no additional cost
subject to availability; or to remain at the
transit station and accept a partial refund for the portion of the flight not completed; or to return to the point of origin and
receive a refund; or a credit for future travel IndiGo; or re-booking onto an alternative IndiGo flight at no additional cost
subject to availability.
Please note that in the event of flight delay, reschedule or cancellation, IndiGo does not provide compensation for travel on
other airlines, meals, lodging or ground
transportation.
IndiGo Fare - Fares are non-refundable. Changes are permitted if performed at least 2 hours prior to scheduled flight
departure (charges will be applicable). Failure check in at least 30 min prior to the scheduled departure time will result in the
fare and surcharges being retained.

Conditions of Carriage
As used in this contract, 'ticket' means either the document titled 'Passenger Ticket and Baggage Check' or the document
titled 'Itinerary/Receipt' issued by the carrier on its behalf and, if applicable, a boarding document; 'carriage' is equivalent to
'transportation'; 'carrier' means all air carriers that carry or undertake to carry passenger or his or her baggage hereunder or
perform any other service, incidental to such air carriage; 'Warsaw Convention' means that Convention for the Unification
of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air signed at Warsaw on 12th October 1929, or that Convention as
amended at The Hague, 26th September whichever may be applicable.
